LIDDINGTON PARISH COUNCIL

You are hereby summoned to attend an ordinary meeting of the Council which will be held in Liddington Village Hall at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 7th July 2021 and at which your attendance is required.

1. APOLOGIES
To receive apologies and consider accepting any reasons for absence
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are reminded that at the start of the meeting they should declare any known interests in any matter to be
considered, and during the meeting if it comes apparent that they have an interest in the matters being discussed.
3. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The Minutes of the Full Council meeting held on 2
nd June 2021 need to be agreed and signed as a true record
4. MATTERS ARISING (10 MINUTES)
To consider any matters arising from the minutes that are not covered elsewhere within the agenda.
5. PUBLIC SESSION (15 MINUTES)
Members of the public are invited to make representations to Liddington Parish Council on any matters on the
agenda, any matters relating to the work of the Council, any Parish related matters or to raise any areas of concern.
The session will last no more than 15 Minutes unless changed by resolution of Council. Should no members of the
public be in attendance, the Parish Council reserves the right to continue with the meeting.
